By 2026, the MSC Cruises fleet will double in size with the introduction of up to 11 new mega- ships
In addition to the plans for the Meraviglia generation and Seaside Generation, MSC Cruises’ unveiled plans for the construction of up to four new World generation ships.
Time flies by and the launch of the new MSC Cruises’ ships are fast approaching.
MSC Meraviglia: will be the first of the new ships to launch and will bethe innovative flagship in MSC Cruises’ fleet.
Designed to be our most social ship ever, with a whole array of social spaces and venues for meeting people and to mingling. Including a 96m Mediterannean-style promenade with a 80m LED sky screen, the longest at sea.
Its layout has been designed to excite, allowing for unprecedented space for practicing sports, shopping and relaxing, as well as many other activities.
Starting from 10th June 2017, during its first season, MSC Meraviglia will be deployed in the Western Mediterranean with three home ports in Genoa, Barcelona and Marseille with additional ports of call in Naples and Messina in Italy and La Valletta in Malta.
Next to launch will be MSC Seaside,
With its stunning features based on an elegant beach condo design and the highest ratio of outdoor space in the cruise industry, this ship will feature an innovative sea-view 360 promenade, so you can literally walk all the way around,following the sun and feeling at one with the ocean.
Moreover, MSC Seaside will feature the most interactive aquapark at sea
It’s the “ship that follows the sun”, and after its christening in Miami in 2017, it will sail all year-round in the Caribbean which is undoubtedly the ultimate destination to enjoy all of its design features and amenities.
This dream will begin as of 23th December 2017, sailing an itinerary that will stop off at stunning destinations including Miami, The Bahamas and The Virgin Islands.
As if that wasn’t enough, ensure you book your stay on MSC Seaside’s sister ship, MSC Seaview . As with her sister ship, MSC Seaview will bring guests and the sea closer than ever before, with special design elements that make the most of the warmer weather. Guests will be able to spend time outdoors eating, drinking and relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine with some of the best sea views in the world. Guests will also enjoy an increased number of balcony cabins, sea views and public areas.
Starting from 10th June 2018, MSC Seaview will sail from Genoa, Marseille or Barcelona
