The festive season is over, it will soon be spring and we will soon be looking towards our next summer adventure.
Fortunately, we have already got a plan in place for you. The spectacular MSC Magnifica
will begin sailing to the stunning East Atlantic
and Norwegian fjords
as of March 2018
and we’re inviting you along.
There are a wealth of different itineraries of 7, 10, 11 and 14 nights to suit you, your family and friends.
Depart from the dazzling French port of Le Havre
, which sports some of the best examples of contemporary architecture to date. If you’re a Francophile, extend your trip to take in Paris or, one of France's most recognizable landmarks, Mont Saint-Michel.
Alternatively, head off to Southampton
to climb aboard the Magnifica, and make this summer one to remember.
So where are we taking you? Whether you’re a keen foodie, shopaholic, culture-crazed or just hyper-active, we have a cruise to suit you.
You could be calling on the major Portuguese port of Leixoes
, one of our new ports of call, from which you can go across to Porto and take in the iron Dom Luís Bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel. On this same cruise, you would be stopping in the the buzzing ports of Malaga
and spending a night in Amsterdam
, allowing you to visit the Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank’s house, the Vondel park and, of course, its fascinating maze of canals.
This particular cruise is sure to get your taste buds going, with opportunities to sample some of the finest riojas and cured meats before tasting Portugal’s famous custard tarts, pasteis de nata, and of course, Dutch stroopwafel.
Another of our Northern Europe
itineraries will tour the north coast of Spain before moving on up to stop at Le Verdon-sur-mer
in the France Aquitaine region, the other new destination in MSC Northern Europe programme.
You’ll experience the impressive Roman light house, beautiful port and ancient centre of La Coruna
as well as tasting the world-class Galician seafood in the historic Santiago de Compostela
. The journey will continue to the reintroduced port of call of Bilbao
, a beautiful city graced with the impressive Guggenheim museum, which has the most breathtaking external structure and amazing art collections within.
Not your cup of tea? We know where to get a really good one of these. Join us on our cruise of the most beautiful UK cities. We’ll take you between the Scottish ports of Invergordon
and South Queensferry
before moving onto reintroduced port of Newcastle upon Tyne
, which won’t disappoint even the most devout of shopaholics. The cruise will move on to Amsterdam and again conclude in either Hamburg, Southampton or Le Havre.
Finally, if you’re more enticed by a humble lamb stew, Fårikål, and a crisp summer’s morning, perhaps a 10 night tour of the iconic Norwegian fjords is more up your street.
Whichever cruise you opt for, take an adventurous plunge this summer and book a Northern European cruise with us, packed full of activity, excitement and relaxation.
