Christophe Le Cras

Christophe Le Cras, Fleet Corporate Chef, was born in the city of Quimper in Brittany, France. His mother and grandmother inspired his passion for the culinary arts when he was still very young.
At the age of 16, he embarked on an apprenticeship in a renowned restaurant in the region while simultaneously attending a culinary school in Quimper.

After two intensive years at the restaurant and school, he obtained his diploma as a qualified Cook. During his career, he has travelled across France, England, Switzerland and Italy, working in a wide spectrum of renowned hotels, restaurants and Relais & Châteaux, including the “Carlton Intercontinental” in Cannes and the “Chewton Glen Hotel” in southern England.

With this consolidated experience, he moved to the USA, where he started working for cruise companies, initially as Chef de Partie and then as Chef, developing an extensive knowledge of international cuisines to the delight of guests from all over the world.
