Directions
From the ship turn left and with a 5-minute walk guests arrive at the port gate. Almost immediately across the busy Avenida del Puerto is the main square Plaza de San Juan de Dios with the Cadiz shopping area.

CAD01 - CITY TOUR (approx. 3,5 hours) - 2012
Enjoy the historic and cultural highlights of Cadiz including the “Plaza de España” and the “Murallas de San Carlos” – the ramparts around the old district of Cadiz. External visit of the Oratory of San Felipe which is elliptical in shape and is distinguished by its chapels and ornate Baroque retables (altar ledges). Time for a brief stop at Genoese Park before visiting Cadiz Cathedral and Museum; dating back to 1722, the Cathedral is a blend of Baroque and Neo-Classical architectural styles and was only completed in the late XIX century.Please note: the visit to the Cathedral will be reconfirmed during your cruise.

CAD02 - SEVILLE (full day, lunch included) - 2012
Leave the port for a 2-hour drive to Seville. Here you will enjoy a guided visit to the impressive Gothic Cathedral before walking to the “Barrio de Santa Cruz”, the Jewish quarter, characterized by its quaint narrow streets and typical patios. Visit the Alcazar, an ancient medieval fortress built by Arab architects and a residence of the Spanish royal family. Continue to Maria Luisa’s Park and to “Plaza de España” surrounded by luxurious pavillions that date back to the Latin-American exposition of 1929. Lunch included.Please note: if it is not possible to visit the Alcazar this attraction will be replaced by a visit to Pilato’s House. Program to be reconfirmed onboard. CAD03 - JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA (4.5 hours) - 2012 
Bottoms up … Jerez is the home of sherry and we will drink to your health during this fun half day outing ! enjoy a 45-minute drive to Jerez de la Frontera, a small, pretty town some 50 km from Cadiz. Visit the wine cellars and learn more about the famous Jerez sherry. Have fun spotting the signatures of celebrities that have visited the wine cellars… and keep your eyes open for the glass of wine and cheese which is placed on the floor for the cellar mouse ! We will end the excursion with a sightseeing tour of Jerez before returning to port.Please note: this tour includes walking on uneven ground inside the cellars and there are many steps therefore is not suitable for Guests with mobility problems or in wheelchair.

CAD07 - WALKING TOUR OF CADIZ (approx. 2.5 hours ) - 2012 Undoubtedly the best way to explore the city of Cadiz is on foot. This guided tour starts near the port in the “Plaza de España” and takes in the “Plaza de la Mina”, the outside of the Museum of Cadiz and “Calle Ancha” where we will stop and admire the XIX century palaces. We will also pass through the lovely walled “San Juan de Dios” Square, located close to the sea and with a magnificent marble fountain. Continue to the Town Hall and Cathedral for exterior visit. You will have some free time to stroll the city before returning to the port.Please note: this tour includes walking on uneven ground in the city centre therefore is not suitable for guests with mobility problems or in wheelchair. This tour includes a walking on around 3,5 km.
